Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used beauty products.
